Job Description
- Statutory compliances: Coordinate & monitor all the activities required for fulfillment of statutory requirements.
- Contract Labour: Management and control of contract labour as per laid down procedures to fulfill the requirement of Unit.
- Public Relations: Ensure harmonious relationship with Contractor & surrounding community CL.
- Industrial relations and welfare: Implement decisions of Management pertaining to discipline and welfare of workmen
- Cost optimization and budgeting
- Team empowerment and motivation.
- Plan, organize, monitor, control & coordinate overall IR activity at Grinding Unit
- Maintain highest safety & quality standards at optimum cost
- Comply all legal and statutory compliances
- Recruitment & Pay Roll Management of O&S & Contract workmen
