(Senior) Executive – Growth (Online Commerce)

Job Description

What you will do

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for online commerce platforms (official website, e-commerce, Social media platform)
  • Increase conversion rates through enhanced marketing strategies, UI/UX, and sales process.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive online commerce plans that are aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth.
  • Follow e-commerce campaigns (super brand day, mini spike day, double day…) to create and manage marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Monitor platform sales data and adapt activities or propose optimizations based on the dynamics of the ELHA industry.
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including internal and external supporting teams, suppliers, vendors, and service providers,…
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects to optimize sales performance and improve operational efficiencies.

What you will need

  • Background:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in online commerce execution & management
    • Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce & digital marketing strategies
    • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, automation marketing tools
    • Experience managing live commerce or affiliate marketing programs is an advantage.
  • Essential skills:
    • Detail in execution, able to deliver under tight deadlines and pressure;
    • Strong ownership, logical and data-driven, product-driven mindset, results-oriented;
