As our Deputy Operations Manager for Greece, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our group and sailing trips take off smoothly. From supporting our Group Leaders to managing supplier relationships, you’ll support and oversee our operations and on-the-ground experiences. You’ll resolve on-trip issues, provide performance feedback, and strategise new trip itineraries. Your contribution will help ensure our travellers experience the very best of Greece.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent role based in Athens, Greece. Regional travel and visits to our European offices may be required, with the potential to establish a local office in the future.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- Extensive travel experience in Greece or the broader region, with a strong passion for travel.
- Previous experience in the travel industry, ideally as a Tour Leader or in a similar operational role.
- Strong communication skills in both English and another European language. A local Greek language is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and organise multiple tasks, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and day-to-day tasks.
