Job Description

• Must be at least High School and/or Vocational Graduate.
• Must have related work experience in masonry, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
• Knowledgeable in reading engineering plans.
• Driving experience is an advantage but not required.
• Computer literate.
• Responsible for checking of ongoing housing units or land development.
• Preparation of units for occupancy.
• Responsible for the timely completion and issuance of materials for repair works.
• Responsible for the issuance of non-compliance report and monitoring of rectifications.
