What You’ll Do
As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational success of multiple properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of site staff.
- Portfolio Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. (Some travel required.)
- Tenant Relations: Address and resolve tenant concerns, enforce occupancy rules, and maintain positive tenant experiences.
- Property Maintenance: Inspect units, coordinate repairs, plan renovations, and liaise with contractors/vendors to ensure properties meet high standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, tenant arrears collection, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance cost-effectiveness and streamline processes.
- Reporting: Attend weekly meetings with head office to provide updates on occupancy, budgets, and operational strategies.
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all properties meet established operational standards.
What You Bring
- A High School Diploma (minimum).
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience in Property Management or Hospitality, such as hotel management, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability with various software platforms.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
