Position Summary/Basic Function
The Project Coordinator is a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. They display outstanding communication skills, with an aptitude to understand and interpret data. The goal is to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to hazardous environments. They are reliable and accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform research and report findings on the current environmental conditions.
- Prepare clear and detailed written reports about field inspections.
- Meeting with the management team to define goals and objectives.
- Handling security, cleaning, and catering personnel.
- Providing site support.
- Coordinating routine maintenance and repairs.
- Scheduling renovations.
- Generating assessment documentation, incident and accident reports, and health and safety manuals.
- Reporting to management, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies.
- Preparing and submitting health and safety compliance documents to the relevant organizations.

Requirements
Experience/Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, property management, or similarly relevant field preferred.
- Previous industry experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
