What You’ll Do
- Supports the marketing department by handling administrative tasks related to meeting arrangement and notes, website content management, campaign setup, social media, and online reputation administration.
- Assists with managing digital and traditional advertising, content updates, audits, and ongoing support for the company’s online presence across various platforms.
- Auditing campaigns for tracking and UTM, updating concessions in ads, and communicating needs to SEM vendors.
- Graphic design ability in Canva for display and retargeting ads.
- Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engine rankings.
- Conduct website audits to ensure SEO best practices are being followed.
- Work with the marketing team to create and implement website content updates.
- Assist in the creation of splash pages and URL research and purchase.
- Assist with regular audits of all online advertising efforts, including paid search campaigns, internet listing sites, and social media ads.
- Review performance data to ensure the company is maximizing the effectiveness of its digital advertising efforts.
- Prepare recommendations for adjustments based on audit findings.
- Ensuring pricing and availability data feeds are connected and working properly.
- Rearranging photo order and completing set-up forms
- Assist in updating new photos and managing admin and editor access.
- Track social media metrics and help generate reports on performance (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth).
- Assist in content creation and coordination for social media campaigns and promotions on LinkedIn and other social sites
- Distribute monthly reporting and metrics around reputation scores
- Upload and maintain accurate content on reputation sites
- Help generate and review monthly reports for marketing campaigns, SEO, social media, and online reputation.
- Analyze key metrics and provide insights to the marketing team on areas for improvement or optimization.
- Track the effectiveness of various marketing channels and report on ROI.
What We’re Looking For
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
? At least 1 year of experience in a marketing account management in an agency or real estate marketing company setting.
? Familiarity with digital tools (Google Analytics, Console,).
?Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and online reputation management tools.
? Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
? Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
? Proficient in Google Business Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc) and familiar with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
?Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
