- You must be a US Citizen or US National.
- Males born after 12/31/1959 must be Selective Service registered or exempt (see https://www.sss.gov/Home/Registration).
- Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
- Successful completion of one-year probationary period, unless previously served.
- Direct Deposit: Per Public Law 104-134 all Federal employees are required to have federal payments made by direct deposit to their financial institution.

To Qualify For This Position At The GS-13 Level, You Must Have One Year Of Specialized Experience At The GS-12 In The Federal Service Or Equivalent Experience In The Private Sector. This Specialized Experience Must Be Identified In Your Resume. Specialized Experience Is Defined As
- Experience providing advisory services related to talent management or marketing to or for a large geographically dispersed organization(s).
- Experience using entrepreneurial problem-solving techniques to communicate, recommend and implement solutions for complex recruitment challenges.
- Experience conducting workshops or trainings using design thinking methodology that contributes to the creation of organizational policies, procedures, tools and strategies to improve effectiveness.
- Managing approved talent management or social media tools to reach traditional and non-traditional audiences.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
There is no educational substitution for specialized experience for this position.
