About the role:
The brand seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to spearhead offline and below-the-line (BTL) marketing efforts. This role focuses on driving awareness through strategic partnerships, impactful campaigns, and compelling content, while ensuring the
brand continues to be synonymous with trust and innovation in Ayurveda and integrative medicine.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute a robust offline marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s growth goals and anniversary milestone.
- Plan and manage awareness campaigns, health camps, and community outreach programs to engage target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with welfare associations, corporates, and other organizations to establish impactful partnerships and alliances.
Promotion & Branding:
- Enhance the brand by creating and implementing best-in-class marketing
content.
- Manage promotional activities across clinics and centers to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Lead efforts in creative agency coordination for branding materials and campaigns.
Content Development & Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
- Ensure content reflects Apollo AyurVAID’s values, celebrates its 20-year legacy, and resonates with patients and partners.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of content to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including welfare associations,
corporates, and community leaders.
- Develop corporate wellness programs in collaboration with HR leaders of partner organizations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Provide mentorship and training to ensure the team delivers on strategic objectives.
Budget Oversight:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to deliver high-impact results.
- Track expenditures and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- A Master’s degree or specialization in marketing/branding from TIER 1/11 colleges preferred.
Must haves:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on offline and BTL strategies.
- Proven track record in managing campaigns, community engagement, and partnership-driven initiatives, preferably in healthcare or wellness sectors.
- Expertise in content development and agency collaboration.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to execute effectively.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in managing content creation and branding efforts.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
