Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Marketing Strategy skills
- Develop brand strategy by market, not limited to website, social media, and other traditional forms of marketing
- Experience in market analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns (ROI and recommendations)
- Develop an internal marketing strategy for mission, vision and values of the organization
- Ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Providing tools and materials for the effective functioning of the sales team
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
- Ensuring that marketing initiatives are effective, proactive and engaging
