Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Document customer interactions in our database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet performance metrics, including call resolution times and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
