Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Document customer interactions in our database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics, including call resolution times and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
