About The Position
We are searching for a full time dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 8 years of experience to join our team in Middletown, Connecticut. Visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $130,000 – $165,000 (Salary range applies to full time candidates)

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Valid State of Connecticut licensure.
- DEA and state narcotic registration, or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an ambulatory setting or providing urgent care (preferred).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
