Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to position the Landscaping division as a market leader.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as residential, commercial, and institutional landscaping projects.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting architects, builders, real estate developers, and premium property owners.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Create sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and profit targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure a strong focus on client retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals profitably while adhering to company standards.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee the design, planning, and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to create innovative and visually appealing landscapes tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Implement efficient project management systems to optimize timelines, budgets, and resources.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of landscaping professionals, including designers, project managers, and site staff.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, creativity, and teamwork.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and organize training programs to enhance professional capabilities.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual budget for the Landscaping division, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Implement operational controls to minimize costs, reduce wastage, and maximize resource utilization.
  • Track the financial performance of projects and take corrective measures to achieve desired margins.

Innovation & Sustainability

  • Drive innovation by integrating modern landscaping techniques, materials, and technology into projects.
  • Promote sustainable landscaping practices and eco-friendly designs to meet environmental standards and client preferences.
  • Develop value-added services and unique offerings to differentiate the division in the competitive landscape market.

Job Expectations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8-12 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing business plans and achieving sales and profit targets in the landscaping industry.
  • Strong expertise in landscape design, project management, and client relationship management.
