The Outreach Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, patient acquisition, and community engagement through effective marketing strategies and patient outreach efforts. #IND

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
  • Five plus years previous experience in healthcare, community outreach, sales, marketing or patient advocacy is preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with healthcare programs and benefits, particularly the DEEOIC program is preferred.
  • Ability to drive within and outside of the local market area being directly supervised.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication and support.
  • Conduct outreach efforts to attract potential patients, including intake processes and ongoing patient updates and check-ins.
  • Build and maintain connections with local unions, community organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and attend patient events, senior fairs, and community activities to promote GHHC’s services.
  • Analyze market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts across various channels.
  • Optimize strategies based on performance data to maximize impact and return on investment.
  • Effectively navigate the approval process within the healthcare system to ensure timely access to care and support services for patients.
  • Coordinate with internal staff, external stakeholders, and medical providers to facilitate seamless patient development and support processes.
  • Educate potential patients, including former Department of Energy workers, contractors, and subcontractors, on qualification requirements and available resources.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained throughout the patient development process.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, external stakeholders, and internal staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes.
  • Generate reports on outreach efforts, patient engagement metrics, and marketing campaign
  • performance for strategic decision-making.
