Job Description
Position Purpose
The Head of MENA Business Development is a management role within the Envision capability tasked with driving team performance within the MENA region. The role will be responsible for driving quarterly and annual team performance goals including sales and pipeline development. The role will be a mentor and coach for their team members and will hold each team member accountable to their own individual quarterly and annual goals. The role will ensure that we are providing excellent, localized proposals and materials to our clients for the needs and expectations of the MENA region.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quarterly and annual team sales goals, driving revenue, margin, and market share.
- Build a strong sense of team while providing individual mentorship, coaching, and professional development to drive individual performance in each team member.
- Collaborate with counterparts in Project Leadership (LEAD) to ensure sold projects are actionable, achievable, and profitable. Pass that knowledge to the team as implementation.
- Create and Maintain strong relationships with current and new clients to drive revenue and lead eligible clients toward “gateway client” status. Be the executive in the room for sales opportunities.
- Maintain pipeline and data hygiene and enforce the maintenance of both for teams.
- Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.

Position Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the entertainment business performing a business-related function, preferably in a business development leadership role.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of sales, and relationship building and maintaining.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of building a high-performance sales team and achieving aggressive annual sales targets.
- Proven history in achieving individual sales goals.
- Spoken and written fluency in Arabic a plus, but not required.
