Job Description

Cleatech LLC is a manufacturer of laboratory and cleanroom equipment and a distributor of lab and analytical instrumentation & furniture. is seeking a Full-time metal welder/fabricator who can work with minimum supervision, and accurately and efficiently fabricate weldments and structures per blueprint and sketch specifications.

Responsibilities

  • TIG Welding for stainless steel sheet metal. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!
  • TIG Welding & Stick Welding of steel tubing.
  • Review blueprints or sketches for weldments, details, and assembly sequence.
  • Check material and hardware quantity and availability.
  • Layouts, cut, prep, fit, and tack weldments per blueprint or sketch dimensions.
  • Over time as needed, and on occasional Saturdays set up and run weld department equipment, including cutting, forming, grinding, and welding machines.
  • Check and inspect all details, assemblies, and finished products for conformance to blueprint, and sketch dimensions.
  • Perform all welding tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to grasp, push, pull, reach, twist, sit, walk, and bend. Lift up to 40 lbs.

Job Details

  • Full-time Position.
  • Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
  • Over time as needed, and occasional Saturdays.

  • The rate of pay depends on experience. $23.00 – $25.00 an hour. (Willing to negotiate)
