This position is for GWC Commercial Pte Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
  • Maintain high level of customer service standards
  • Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
  • Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related

activities

  • Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other

marketing initiatives as and when required

  • Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Min. GCE N level qualification
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service
