This position is for GWC Commercial Pte Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
- Maintain high level of customer service standards
- Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
- Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related
activities
- Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other
marketing initiatives as and when required
- Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min. GCE N level qualification
- Min. 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service
