Key Responsibilities

• Welcome tenants by name upon their arrival and departure, creating a sense of community.
• Administer the visitor management system with precision, ensuring effective pre-registration and assistance.
• Engage in daily operational meetings, proactively addressing the needs of upcoming events and tenant arrivals.
• Organize and deliver tenant packages and courier services with efficiency and care.
• Acquire and articulate essential knowledge about the building’s amenities and local offerings to both tenants and guests.
• Serve as the primary contact for lobby-related activities and emergencies, addressing any issues that arise with promptness.
• Maintain a clean and inviting lobby environment while reporting facility or IT issues appropriately.
• Collaborate closely with the hospitality team to document tenant preferences, enhancing the personalized service experience.
• Uphold our core values and service principles in all interactions with tenants, guests, and partners, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality roles, such as valet, doorman, or front desk services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
• Proficient in computer applications with a strong ability to navigate various software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• A commitment to maintaining high personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift packages weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Discretion and ethical conduct, ensuring confidentiality in all dealings.
• Punctuality, reliability, and a high standard of integrity.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to foster positive interactions with others.
