Job Purpose

To support the SSA Beverage and Sweet goods team by overseeing sampling operations to ensure quality and timely output & to maintain the collection and flavour library.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to streamline workflow.
• Achieve sampling targets.
• Recommend winning solutions from portfolio.
• Procure, analyse and review collection portfolio performance.
• Support technical application team.
• Support production trials and evaluation of NPI’s
• Continuous gap analysis and improvement.
• Manage the procurement of raw materials required for applications.
• Administrative Management: Oversee various internal administrative systems and tasks related to collection and sampling.

You bring

• National Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or Biotechnology.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG or flavour industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of flavours, collection and sampling
• Strong sensory skills in organoleptic and olfactory testing.
• In-depth understanding of different raw materials and aroma chemicals
• Enthusiastic, open-minded, and a good team player.
