Job Description
The role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and networking, proactively building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely hiring.
You will be responsible for screening candidates, facilitating structured interviews, promoting the company’s employer brand, and collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide market insights.
The role will oversee offer negotiations, pre-employment checks, and onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Strong skills in data-driven recruitment, diversity and inclusion strategies, and vendor management are essential.
Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.

- 2 years in a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Strong experience as Talent Acquisition professional in luxury background
