Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist with inquiries, resolve complaints, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Greet customers in person, over the phone, or via email/chat, and provide prompt and courteous assistance.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and managing orders, returns, or exchanges.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and record customer feedback to improve services and products.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
