Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. The Marketing & Communications Assistant will support various marketing and communication initiatives, helping to promote The One Agency’s services and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
- Maintain and update the company’s website and ensure content is current and relevant.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
