Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate records of client information while ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This role is key in maintaining excellent client relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle all incoming calls and messages on the company’s social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Sales Transactions: Process and accurately record all sales transactions, ensuring all information is updated and correct.
- Client Information: Maintain and track client information in an organized manner, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Collaboration: Work with other team members to enhance the customer experience, share feedback, and contribute to improving processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills:
? Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in using social media and messaging platforms to manage customer interactions.
- Location: Must reside in Sangotedo or nearby areas for easy commute.
