Senior Design Manager
Would you like to work for a leading colocation operator?
If you are a Design Manager with a mechanical or structural engineering background this role could be perfect for you!
You will work internally at a leading colocation operator acting as a mechanical or structural SME with consultancies working on the design of new large scale developments. You will have design sign off and you will be managing the third party consultancy relationships.
Background Needed
- Data Center Or Mission Critical mechanical engineering or structural engineering experience
- PE license required (Professional Engineer)
- Manager-level experience (6+ years preferred)
- Director-level opportunity available if experience justifies it
Location Requirements:
- Not remote; must be located in or willing to relocate to one of our data center markets:
- Northern Virginia
- Columbus, OH
- Chicago
- Dallas
- Atlanta
- Phoenix
- San Jose
- Portland
Responsibilities
- Manage design consultants for turnkey projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert in either mechanical or structural engineering
