Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries and concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.


Issue Resolution:

  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.


Record Keeping:

  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and solutions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of communication and resolutions.


Customer Retention:

  • Deliver personalized service to foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
