Responsibilities Of The Assistant Project Manager Position

  • Work within construction budget and schedules.
  • Monitor and coordinate environmental testing and abatement issues
  • Supervise and manage outside vendors, workers, construction and subcontractors
  • Read and understand contracts
  • Help maintain a reliable list of vendors and workers to be utilized in company projects
  • Monitor quality and workmanship of all projects
  • Review and approve invoices and contacts
  • Work with architects and cities to get plans and timelines approved.
  • Create and negotiate landlord work letters
  • Foster a good working relationship with landlords as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements Of The Assistant Construction Project Manager Position

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in general construction and remodels, including experience in a corporate office environment
  • Ability to work in tandem with the Project Manager, CEO, COO and CFO to research and remodel new store locations.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Construction, engineering and architecture experience/knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Travel to all company locations
  • Computer savvy
  • Detail Oriented
