About The Role
As the Head of Operations, you will play a vital role in transforming and saving lives by leading a dynamic organization of nearly 200 professionals (and growing) in business operations, psychiatry, psychedelic guidance, and customer support.
Responsibilities
– **Care Efficiency:** Reduce care costs across clinical, guidance, support, and fulfillment teams, with a strong emphasis on leveraging emerging AI tools and proprietary software.
– **Care Quality:** Enhance the quality of clinical and coaching care, customer support, and the time it takes to deliver value to clients.
– **Expansion:** Implement new clinical protocols and healthcare products to boost customer lifetime value (CLTV) and enhance patient access to impactful therapies.
About You
– **Machine Builder:** Capable of designing scalable and automated solutions from first principles, including KPIs to measure success.
– **Margin Maximizer:** Proven track record in increasing efficiency and cost reduction without compromising quality; skilled negotiator (both internally and externally).
– **First Principles Thinker:** Challenges assumptions and evaluates problems from a ground-up perspective; willing to challenge conventional wisdom to optimize client outcomes and experiences.
– **Analytic Horsepower:** Demonstrates aptitude in analyzing and synthesizing large data sets to inform business decisions; thinks several layers deeper than average.
– **Remote-able:** Thrives in a remote-first, writing-centered culture that promotes freedom and responsibility.
Requirements
– Minimum of 5 years managing a large workforce, preferably including remote employees.
– Experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
