We are looking for a Service Request Specialist for our team of BRO-professionals.

? Requirements:
?? College degree in computer or IT-related field, or equivalent experience.
?? Experience with bug and issue tracking systems.
?? Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
?? Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
?? Excellent customer service orientation.
?? Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
?? Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques.
?? Basic experience with SQL is nice to have.
? Responsibilities:
?? Prioritize and manage multiple service requests based on urgency and customer impact.
?? Review and analyze service requests to determine if manual configuration or configuration via DataBase is required.
?? Create configurations using BackOffice tools or bulk scripts.
?? Test and troubleshoot configurations to ensure they meet the required specifications.
?? Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues or escalate them to appropriate team members for resolution.
?? Identify opportunities for process improvements from the technical side.
