Job Description
As COO, you’ll drive operational improvements across our business processes, supply chain, and customer service. Your efforts will directly boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to our rapid growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline internal operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the CEO to align business strategies with our goals.
- Manage budgets and capital to support growth and profitability targets.
- Use tracking tools to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Optimize our supply chain to improve delivery times and efficiency.
- Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction based on their feedback.
- Lead and empower our senior management team to achieve operational goals.
- Oversee and enhance team performance to meet key operational metrics.
Expectations:
- Work closely with the CEO to set and execute the company’s vision and strategy.
- Translate strategies into actionable steps for growth.
- Ensure a high-performance culture that meets our objectives.
Work Structure:
- Consulting Option: Available for seasoned professionals who prefer project-based or advisory roles.
- Part-time Start: 20 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time within 3-12 months.
- Full-time: 150 hours per month.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in executive leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills and integrity.
- Knowledge of business planning and regulatory issues.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Quick problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce operations with a proven track record in process optimization and team management.
- Familiarity with operational software and strong data analytics skills.
