Job Overview
We are in search of an Entry-Level Business Analyst to assist our Acting PMO Director and engage collaboratively with various levels of management across the organization. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to partake in impactful projects while developing your skills in reporting, research, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will excel within a fast-paced setting, showcasing initiative, organizational capabilities, and a fervor for enhancing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft precise and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for both internal teams and external clients as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT departments and Delivery Managers to manage project releases following testing phases.
- Efficiently operate within a sprint-driven environment and allocate shared IT resources across diverse projects.
- Conduct research, compile relevant data, and present findings for marketing and contract administration initiatives.
- Generate detailed reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) that involve advanced computations and thorough data analysis.
- Employ SQL for data analysis to support requirement gathering and functional testing.
Required Skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-driven, reliable, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with sprint methodologies and project management principles is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (medical, computer science, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with the insurance or claims sector is beneficial.
- Experience with medical claims processing is a significant advantage.
