Overview
The Sponsor requires support specializing in Joomla websites, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Chronoforms, and a desire for PHP.
Web DeveloperThe Sponsor provides training across multiple sub-occupations. The Sponsors web team supports the offices web development, web hosting, content management, web illustrations, web sites for courses, accessibility standards, and web support. The Sponsor requires support specializing in Joomla websites, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Chronoforms, and a desire for PHP. The work may be performed independently or within a team environment. The Sponsor needs polished skills in concept development and execution while managing a moderate to heavy workload. Work will include development of new Joomla websites and administration of existing Joomla websites and applications. The Team will work closely with management, web development, communication, marketing, and graphics teams as well as group requirements analysts; however, the Sponsor project manager will manage the priorities. They will assess and validate current web site requirements across the Sponsor organization; design, build, or maintain websites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media; and design, develop, and prioritize projects to include; graphics, multimedia, web development, design, and application workflow architectures. The Team will redesign existing websites and forms, design or redesign applications to add new features, optimize, scale or improve stability and performance, and ensure content changes were successfully updated or implemented, to include performing user testing analyses to determine web sites effectiveness or usability. They will provide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for Sponsors websites, provide content management support for Sponsors websites, create Sponsor graphics and multimedia for websites, work and coordinate with external partners with regards to web hosting, and maintain all necessary security approval and training to manage and maintain websites.
- (Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with HTML and CSS. 2.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) centric design. 3.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with accessibility standards and compliance (Section 508 and WCAG 2 or WCAG 3). 4.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Joomla. 5.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with UI and wireframe design applications with Adobe XD or Figma. 6.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience translating conceptual requirements into technical requirements. 7.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience in Chronoforms. 8.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with JavaScript. 9.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with Bootstrap. 10.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with PHP. 11.(Mandatory) Demonstrated experience with drafting technical documentation 12.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Adobe CC applications to include Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign. 13.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with documentation or project management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Trello, or other Atlassian products. 14.(Desired) Demonstrated experience with Sponsors knowledge management tools. 15.(Desired) Demonstrated experience in maintaining SharePoint sites to include access control, workflows, and Site collection administrator (SCA).
MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance – Intel with Polygraph
