Position: Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our company. As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of customer service operations while developing your communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information and order-related questions.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
