Picker Packer
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products for shipment to customers. You will ensure that all orders are filled correctly, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Salary Range: $27 – $30 hour
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order requests
- Package products securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Label packages with the appropriate shipping information
- Maintain an organized work area and follow safety procedures
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the correct items and quantities are picked
- Assist with inventory management and restocking when necessary
- Ensure all orders are shipped on time and meet customer expectations
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damage to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
