Present in Canada since 2013, our expansion is constant. We are looking for new talents for our three branches to continue our development in Canada. Our expansion requires a new organization so we are seeking to hire an Area Sales Manager located in Toronto (Mississauga). You will manage our expansion in East Side Canada (Toronto, Montreal and Maritimes after 12 months).

Your Mission

As Area Sales Manager you are grenke’s executive on the market coordinating a set of regions. Your mission is to ensure the regions under your responsibility have clear targets and are empowered to implement the sales strategy and the grenke culture. You will also have to manage the local branch in order to apply the sales policy.

You oversee a variety of activities: Setting targets for regions (quantity, quality and portfolio), market trends evaluation, sales performance analysis and support the regions in operational activities. Your leadership is hands-on: you help regional leaders to develop market-specific measures, manage key customers & resellers and support the evolution of their team and talents. You let the voice of the regions be heard from management. You enjoy this dynamic work and are confident in taking fast decisions. For example in a day you may evaluate a high leasing request, clauses for a new partnership and visit a branch/regions to help on a new key customer. You are a team player, can read people quickly and regional leaders appreciate that you are empathetic and share experience and knowledge.

Your foundation

// Degree in Economic/Management/Marketing or commercial training plus relevant further education

// Professional experience as Branch Leader at least 4 years or previous experience in other companies in similar roles

// Bilingual in English/French Canadian
