PD/QA Assistant

The PD QA Assistant will serve as a support to PD QA & QA DC.

Essential Job Functions

• Inspect all incoming PPS submission based on the inspection guidelines per item.
• Reviews Artwork and Packaging Specification.
• Properly maintained and Log all the incoming submission on the shared folder.
• Ensures on a timely manner in providing feedbacks to the vendors.
• Properly maintained the Standard/Retains for easily track if Standard is needed.
• Assist on creating Assembly Instruction for Kits.
• Assist on Stability and Compatibility process to established shelf life.
• Update and maintained in the shared folder the QA SOP’s and other records.
• Collates required documents from cross functional teams and external collaborators
• Assist in incoming inspection at the DC – Pico Rivera, if needed.
• Assist on converting the COA’s, MSDS, Etc. into ABH Standard Format, if needed
• Ensures Good Documentation Practice

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, quality management or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Document Control.
• Must have a background experience on Cosmetics Environment/Packaging Materials
• Excellent working knowledge of Quality Assurance document control processes change management and standard practices.
• Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and highly collaborative.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization effectively
• Procedural or Technical writing experience preferred.
• Willing to do onsite inspection or pick up samples if needed.

Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $20.00 – 25.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
