Concept Rehab, Inc. (CRI) is seeking a dedicated, experienced and remote Outpatient Therapy Billing Tech to join our compliance team. This full-time, remote role focuses on supporting CRI’s insurance authorization process while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency and excellence.

About The Role

The Outpatient Therapy Billing Tech is a key player in managing insurance authorizations from patient intake to submission, working closely with clinical and operations teams to meet Medicare and insurance requirements. This position requires high accountability, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, you’ll play a critical role in upholding CRI’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all steps of the insurance authorization process for SNF and outpatient therapy.
• Maintain and track documentation to meet insurance requirements promptly.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams on patient intake and treatment authorization policies.
• Process and submit authorizations to Medicare and other insurance providers.
• Conduct insurance verifications and resolve prior authorization issues.
• Utilize tools like Net Health, Alinea, and Excel to support billing functions.
• Stay current with Managed Care Outpatient policies and guidelines.
