Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled Project Manager with a robust background in healthcare to join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) team. This remote role provides an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and adaptable professional to lead client software implementation projects from inception through successful completion. Engage collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients, and contribute to innovative technological solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients during software implementation projects, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish project scope, manage tasks, monitor milestones, and oversee deliverables to achieve timely and successful project outcomes.
  • Design and conduct training sessions for clients to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Collect and document comprehensive business requirements, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align product vision with client needs.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to executive leadership.
  • Address risks, issues, and changes following established protocols.
  • Organize and track project milestones while prioritizing bug report resolution.
  • Facilitate team training to enhance project knowledge and execution.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of technology, including sFTP, APIs, file formats, unique GUIDs, integrations, and HTML.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing SaaS or enterprise software applications.
  • Background in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Proven experience consulting directly with external clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex software projects, particularly those with client-facing components.
