Hybrid Product Development Associate | Remote WFH

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Development Managers and senior leadership to support various departmental projects, including product enhancements, special initiatives, and intellectual property management.
• Serve as a key point of contact between overseas manufacturers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication regarding project updates, packaging specifications, and other critical requests.
• Identify and resolve project-related challenges to maintain momentum and ensure successful outcomes.
• Keep an organized and current launch calendar and product log, coordinating with Product Development Managers to monitor project timelines effectively.
• Manage sample requests for the sales teams, marketing efforts, and photoshoots.
• Oversee product projects from concept through to final delivery, specifically for retail items as requested by the sales team.
• Exhibit strong project management capabilities, emphasizing meticulous planning and execution.
