Role Overview:
As a Junior Assistant to the CEO at Multiverse, you will be instrumental in streamlining the CEO’s daily workload and ensuring efficiency in his schedule. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in a vibrant and innovative industry.
These are your responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize the CEO’s daily tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and meeting notes.
- Monitor email communication and flag important messages for the CEO.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations and projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Hi there, I’m Azad, the CEO of Multiverse and your dedicated manager. As a team player, I believe in recognizing and leveraging individual strengths to delegate tasks effectively. My goal is to act as a mentor, always ready to listen and provide guidance. I take pride in seeing the bigger picture and focusing on optimizing small areas to achieve significant improvements. My approach is to build internal systems and processes that enable our team to overperform without experiencing unhealthy pressure or stress.
I tend to be more introverted, yet I always seek solutions and aim to mediate conflicts to maintain harmony. In my free time, I enjoy working out, having played basketball and some football over the years. Nowadays, I focus on gym sessions and yoga. I also make it a point to read and meditate daily to maintain balance in my life.
I live in the city with my partner, our son, and our dog. What drives me is the ambition to see how far I can go in building this company without rushing the process.
Application process:
- Submission of Application: Interested candidates are required to submit their CV along with a brief statement explaining why they are applying for the role and how they believe their skills and experiences align with the position.
- Psychometric testing: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in two psychometric tests. These tests are designed to assess various aspects such as cognitive abilities, personality traits, and aptitude relevant to the role.
- Interview stage: Successful candidates from the psychometric testing stage will proceed to the interview stage. Interviews will be conducted by members of the Multiverse team, including the hiring manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Final decision: Following the interviews, a final decision will be made regarding the candidate’s suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be notified of their offer of employment, and further details regarding onboarding and commencement will be provided.
