Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person (if applicable).
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while addressing customer concerns.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify customer issues and resolve them promptly.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Order and Account Management:
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing accounts.
- Verify and update customer information accurately.
- Feedback and Reporting:
- Record and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Prepare reports on customer inquiries and resolutions as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to deliver seamless customer support.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
