Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person (if applicable).
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
    • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while addressing customer concerns.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Identify customer issues and resolve them promptly.
    • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Order and Account Management:
    • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing accounts.
    • Verify and update customer information accurately.
  • Feedback and Reporting:
    • Record and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
    • Prepare reports on customer inquiries and resolutions as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with colleagues and other departments to deliver seamless customer support.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
