Qualifications
- With 10+ years of Real Estate Accounting experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial, residential and construction accounting.
- Experienced with popular property accounting tools, including Yardi (a must), RealPage, and MRI.
- Staff management experience leading both direct reports and outsourced teams.
- Strategic planner – can develop teams and operational processes to align with company and client goals.
- Successful candidate must be a great listener with excellent analytical skills aligned to meet client’s needs.
- Proficient in financial analytics.
- Key responsibility will include helping in the onboarding and structuring new customers.
- Must be able to work U.S. hours (M-F | 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST).
