About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our founder and executive team in driving our mission forward. In this highly visible and impactful role, you’ll work closely with the CEO to ensure company objectives are met, operations run seamlessly, and priorities are effectively managed.
As the right hand to the CEO, you’ll anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and create systems that keep us organized and efficient in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Partner with the CEO and executive team to manage day-to-day priorities, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient execution of initiatives.
- Calendar Management: Organize complex schedules, travel itineraries, and meetings to ensure seamless execution.
- Communication Coordination: Handle correspondence professionally, including drafting and managing emails, calls, and other communications.
- Meeting Preparation: Create materials for calls, board meetings, and presentations; take notes and track follow-ups to completion.
- Operations Management: Reconcile expenses, assist with budgeting and reporting, and manage multiple systems and tools.
- Event Planning: Organize team events, off-sites, and professional engagements that foster connection and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Leverage tools like Asana, Notion, and Airtable to streamline operations, implement scalable systems, and ensure efficiency across the organization.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Lead special projects and support evolving priorities as they arise.
About You
You are a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a proactive and collaborative mindset. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving complex problems independently.
- Experience: 5+ years of administrative support, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactivity: A self-starter who anticipates needs and finds creative solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Demonstrated experience using tools like Asana, Notion, and Airtable, as well as leveraging AI to improve workflows and processes.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Expected Salary Range: $100-115k annually
