Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a determined Leave of Absence Administrator who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. As a Leave of Absence Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leave Administration:
  • Process and track leave requests, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation during leave.
  • Employee Support:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding leave processes and benefits.
    • Provide timely updates on leave status and eligibility.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave regulations.
  • Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with data privacy laws.
  • Coordination:
  • Work with managers, HR, and vendors to facilitate smooth leave processes.
  • Coordinate return-to-work programs and accommodations as needed.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate reports on leave trends, durations, and compliance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in human resources, benefits administration, or leave management.
  • Experience with laws such as FMLA, ADA, and other federal/state leave regulations is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with ADP is preferred, but not required.
