We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0 3 years of HR experience, internships included.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
