What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer all calls through appropriate call queues and resolve questions from callers
  • Complete documentation in EMR and marketing systems related to calls
  • Conduct initial prescreening and determine scheduling appropriateness based on exclusionary guidelines
  • Schedule new and returning patients in the EMR system and complete follow-up duties
  • Maintain performance in relation to KPIs and quality review measures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • General knowledge of behavioral health and the needs of the public related to mental health and substance use
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage time, organize workflows, and handle high-stress situations effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1+ year of healthcare-related work experience
  • Knowledge of data entry, primarily in Excel, and familiarity with medical terminology
  • Experience in a call center or customer service field
