What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage client communications and expectations throughout the software implementation process
• Function as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a trusted advisor relationship
• Define and execute implementation projects, coordinating tasks and staffing
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with Product Management to align product vision with customer needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, including client-facing roles
• Proven experience implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology skills, including sFTP and API integrations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
