Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and work on budget management for the event
- Manage the event execution team
- Manage key relationships with third-party vendors and contractors from Pune, Maharashtra
- Coordinate event communications including branding, online and offline marketing
- Handle event collaterals, event evaluation and reporting, and profit and loss analysis
