Tutors- Middle and High School

King’s Ridge Christian School welcomes on-campus academic tutors for middle and high school students during the school day. Tutors are responsible for helping students learn and understand concepts from class to promote success and independence in a safe and supportive school environment.

Scheduling: Scheduling and communication with students/families will be the responsibility of the tutor. KRCS will provide tutor contact information with families. KRCS tutor coordinator will provide tutors with a sign-up for designated school location and time. Cancellations should be communicated with the KRCS tutor coordinator.

Payment: Payment for tutoring services will be the responsibility of the tutor directly with the family. Charges to families should not exceed $100.00 per tutoring session. KRCS will require a $12.00 fee per tutoring session to be paid to the school and collected by the tutor coordinator at the end of each month.

This position is not an employee of the school, but will need to pass a drug screen and background check to work with students. The application will ask what areas you are interested in volunteering for; please select the areas you are interested in tutoring for (Middle or High School).
