Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client budgets and deliver comprehensive reporting to both internal teams and clients.
  • Lead and contribute to presentations that articulate strategies and showcase results.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, nurturing existing relationships while generating new leads.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to assess client needs and propose solutions that align with their business goals.

Required Skills

  • 8-10+ years of experience in public relations or marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector (B2B experience is ideal).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead accounts and forge strong client relationships.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and talent development.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to simplify complex concepts and convey them clearly to various audiences.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, including budgeting, staffing, and project management.
  • Established media relationships with a proven history of effective pitching.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, client-centric environment.
  • Adaptable and positive demeanor, capable of responding to shifting client and team needs.
  • Competence in providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Qualifications
