NLP Engineer

• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge NLP models using LLMs and other advanced techniques.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for text processing, semantic search, and clinical data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and engineering, to align on project goals and deliverables.

Requirements

• 3+ years in NLP/AI, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
• Strong expertise in NLP frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) like GPT, PaLM, LLaMA, etc.
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific NLP tasks, such as clinical data extraction or medical coding, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
